Parent Webinar

As a college, in 2020 we have invested in the services of Elevate Education. This has seen several year levels participating in group seminars learning the essential skills of best practice in study, memorisation of notes, and time management and organisation. Due to the recent enactment of on-line learning for our students, we realise that parents might also benefit from some of the input Elevate Education has aimed specifically at supporting young people when they are working online. Elevate tells us that, in the last five days, more than 500 parents from over sixty schools have signed up for their parent webinars. Therefore, the Elevate stream has been moved to a private YouTube channel. The good news is that this means they now have an unlimited number of spots to offer their client schools (ie Mount Alvernia).
