Family Zone is changing, action you need to take

Over the past few years, the College has offered and paid for access to Family Zone, a parent control software. Family Zone has been replaced by world leading parental control app, Qustodio, this means that support for the Family Zone app ends on 30 June 2023.

Making the move from Family Zone to Qustodio is quick and easy. It will ensure uninterrupted protection on your child's devices. To do so, follow these simple steps:

How to switch

Step 1: Cancel your Family Zone subscription. A guide outlining how to do this is here.

Step 2: Create your Qustodio account. A guide outlining how to create an account is available here.

Step 3: Download the Qustodio app.

Step 4: Install Qustodio on your child's devices and start supervising.

Not using a parent control software, and would like to start using Qustodio? Follow these steps:

Already using Qustodio

For any parents who may have already created a Qustodio account, this will be a consumer account type; You will need to contact the Qustodio Support Team via email at myschool@qustodio.com and tell them you are part of the John XXIII Linewize school partnership. They will assist in moving your account across to the school account.
