Year 10 Meningoccocal Catch-up 

The Department of Health Vaccine Nurses will be returning to the College on Friday 11 August to follow up and vaccinate students who were absent on the recent vaccine day Thursday 8 June.

Could you please register consent/decline onto VaccinateWA .

Alternatively, you can complete the attached consent form for your child and return it to Assistant Deputy Principal Kalo Bell at kalo.bell@cewa.edu.au or email it to College Nurse: Jennifer.hill@cewa.edu.au.
