Then Jesus said to his host, “When you give a luncheon or dinner, do not invite your friends, your brothers or sisters, your relatives, or your rich neighbours; if you do, they may invite you back and so you will be repaid.

But when you give a banquet, invite the poor, the crippled, the lame, the blind,

and you will be blessed,”

St Vincent De Paul - Pyjama Day

Monivae held its annual Pyjama Day casual day for St. Vincent De Paul winter appeal.

Each student was invited to dress in pyjamas (or casual clothes) for the small fee of $2. The money raised goes to our local St. Vinnies group to help provide food goods and warmth for the local community who are finding times tough.

Tins for St. Vinnies

Our annual collection of food for our local St. Vincent de Paul society will continue on until the end of week 2 next Term. Thanks go to those families who have donated so far.

Sacred Heart Day Celebrations

We celebrated our Sacred Heart Day on the last day of term.
