Beginning in February of 2020, your network has been running blog ads across social media. Using a mix of lifestyle and real estate focused content, we are putting the brand in front of people, positioning First National as not only an industry leader, but also a network that understands the lifestyles of consumers in our market.

 

Since launch, our blog ads have generated upwards of 4,500,000 impressions.

 

Sea Change/Tree Change National Digital Campaign

 

 

In July of 2020, we launched our national social media campaign, Sea Change/Tree Change. By utilising the growing trend of Australians leaving major metropolitan cities for regional areas, we not only positioned First National Real Estate as an industry leader in recognising and understanding the trend, but also delivered leads to both metropolitan and regional offices as a result of individuals seeking their very own sea change or tree change.

 

Since launch, the national campaign has generated over 979,000 impressions across social media.

 

FN Firsts - National Social Media Campaign

 

In addition to our Sea Change/Tree Change campaign, your head office launched a national brand awareness campaign in September of 2020 entitled 'FN Firsts'. The ongoing four month long campaign centres on four of the key elements that create the basis for one's real estate journey - buying, selling, renting and investing. Through utilisation of our 'We Put You First' slogan, we are aiming for First National Real Estate to be top of mind, regardless of the stage that any given individual is at in their property journey. One ad is running monthly across social media, with each focusing on one of the four key functions, and linking to a relevant blog on the national site. 

 

Since launch, the national campaign has generated over 668,000 impressions across social media.

Our search engine marketing ads encourage people to get a property appraisal from their local First National office. 

 

 

Our ongoing Free Market Appraisal ad is running on Facebook, and gives the audience the opportunity to provide their details in order to receive a free appraisal of their property, with the contact being directed to their closest First National office. 

 

 

Our property appraisal landing pages and emails give potential contacts the option to receive either an in-person, or a virtual appraisal, to reflect the current environment.

 

 

Throughout 2020, we have received over 9,100 contacts that have been passed on to the network.
