Student Medications

If your son/daughter needs to bring medication to school, it is a requirement that all medication is brought to the Sickbay and must be supplied in original containers/bottles/boxes with an explanatory note indicating:

• Current date
• Student’s full name
• Student’s medical condition
• Name of medication, dosage & time of dosage
• Medication expiry date
• Parent signature

All medication can be brought to Sickbay between 8.45am – 3.30pm. Students requiring medication during these times are able to have their medication administered as directed when required.

Under no circumstances are students allowed to give their medication to another student.
