HERITAGE & ART AFTER SCHOOL CLASSES

The Aboriginal Literacy Foundation is able to offer places for Aboriginal students to attend a weekly art session that is presented by noted Aboriginal Painter and Educator Aunty Janet Curtain.  The classes would be available from 4-5pm on Fridays at the Aboriginal Literacy Foundation Centre at Mellos House, 7 Eyre Street, Ballarat (opposite Camerons).

All aspects of Indigenous painting are covered over the course of the year with particular emphasis on Western Desert style dot painting.  An exhibition is held of student works at the end of the year which is always well received and attended.  For more information call 03 9650 1006 or via email jacinta@aboriginalliteracyfoundation.org
