Year 7 students practicing their use of the stove top to make Biryani

While watching the teacher demonstration and watching a power point presentation of Biryani, students learned facts about the origin of the recipe and information about the ingredients. At the end of the lesson they completed a TESTMOZ quiz to check what they had learnt.

Year 9 Gingerbread Houses

Well done to our Year 9 Food Technology class, who participated in their last practical for 2021.

This wonderful group of students made a batch of Gingerbread Trees and gift wrapped their goodies to take home for family and friends. 

The students had a great time producing different shapes and layering the stars to make their Christmas Trees. 

Great job Year 9 Foodies, enjoy the holidays.
