All Schools Netball Carnival

On Thursday 9th May, four teams represented Kildare at the NSW All Schools Wagga Netball Carnival. The carnival was held at the Equex Centre and included teams from Wagga (Mater Dei, TRAC, Christian College, Wagga High, Kooringal High), Narrandera and Albury. The girls displayed extensive skill and sportsmanship throughout the day in a very tight competition.

The Year 7/8 Navy team went through the day undefeated winning all five games, while the Year 7/8 Red team had three wins, one draw and one loss.

In the Year 9/10 division, our Navy team also went through undefeated and the Red team recorded 3 wins and 2 losses.

Both Navy teams will progress to the Regional carnival in August. We wish both teams the best of luck.

A special thank you to our umpires, Emily Howe, Alesha Bennett, Indy McLachlan and Georgia Neyland who all did a wonderful job.
