Course confirmation and payment of school fees

Information for families

Payment of the 2021 school fees is an important part of course confirmation. We are requesting that families pay the 2021 Essential Student Learning Items (ESLI) ‘Common Program’ by this Friday 27 November.  The variable program fees, for students in years 9-12, will be calculated after courses are confirmed.

 

Payment can be made on Compass or by returning the completed Parent Payment Request Form, which was mailed to homes in October. Unfortunately this year due to the restrictions of COVID-19, families are not able to come onsite to make payment of school fees. 

 

Please read the steps below regarding payment of 2021 school fees. 

  1. On the Parent Payment Request Form complete student name and student ID details
  2. Indicate your preferred payment option of the ESLI Common program
  3. Complete / provide credit card payment details (if required)
  4. Sign the acceptance section of the form
  5. Return the Parent Payment Request Form completed, with credit card/payment details and signed to the General Office 

Please note:

  • Full payments of the ESLI fee payments will processed within 5 business days or on the day if possible and receipts mailed home
  • All payment plans set up by the School will be processed by the 18 December 2020 (first instalment date)
  • The Finance Team will check prior to processing any payments if families have made any payments for the ESLI ‘Common Program’.
  • You can make payment of the ESLI ‘Common Program’ on Compass or at the General Office by completing and returning the Parent Payment Request Form
