Dear Parents,

Firstly I would like to introduce myself. My name is Peter Scarfo and I am the new Physical Education Teacher at St Kevin’s Primary school. I have been teaching Physical Education for 18 years and I am very excited to work with our students, staff and community to create a sense of pride and enjoyment in Sport.

My aim is for all students to feel safe and to most importantly enjoy my program at what ever level of physical education they are at and that they fulfil their own potential.

Swimming Trials

A small group of Grade 4-6 students participated in the Swimming  trials at Aquarena Leisure Centre on Thursday February 14th in order for the school  to select our Swimming team for The Doncaster District Swimming carnival.

Our students and parents had a great morning and all competed to the best of their abilities which has enabled me to select a team. 

The students will be notified on Tuesday February 14th as to what events they have been selected for. 

Those students selected  will then be given a permission form and a schedule to compete in the District Swimming Carnival at Aquarena Leisure Centre on Monday February 20th.

I would sincerely like to thank the parents who came and helped  at the swimming trial, there is no possibility it would have been able to be completed so prmptly without their amazing support.

I look forward to meeting all the rest of the families in the coming weeks
