2016 YEAR 11 PRESENTATION BALL  

3 NIGHTS

Due to the large interest in the Presentation Ball for 2016, the event will now be held over 3 nights;

• Night 1 – Friday 29 April
• Night 2 – Saturday 30 April
• Night 3 – Friday 6 May

MINIMUM Couples per night is 28

Rehearsal Times for each Night;                                    

Night 1 – Friday 29 April 

Tuesdays    3:15 pm – 4:15 pm

Night 2 – Saturday 30 April 

Tuesdays    4:20 pm  – 5:20 pm

Night 3 – Friday 6 May 

Tuesdays    5:25 pm  – 6:25 pm

All other details remain the same. However, students now need to place all 3 nights in preference order. 

Students with their partners need to submit (either hand written to the Office or by email) ONLY ONE REPLY PER PARTNERSHIP! 

The information needs to include the following:

EXAMPLE:

NIGHT PREFERENCE:

1st Choice – Night 2

2nd Choice – Night 3

3rd Choice – Night 1

Special reasons: as to why you may need a preferred night.  Only those who have spoken with me (note being with friends will not be considered a ‘special reason’) Also the reason may no longer exist as there is now a Saturday night to choose from.

Students should get together with their friends so they can try to be placed on the same night.

Please be aware that the original order of payment will be taken into consideration as to the allocation of the preferred night.

If you have not YET made payment, please do so before December 15 -  via the COMPASS Portal.

FULL payment of $315 for girls and $305 for boys.
