LS Bus Service

Lilydale to Warburton travel

Unfortunately this week we have received reports of poor behaviour on the LS bus services of Lilydale High School students.

I have spoken to all LS bus travellers regarding this issue. I ask families to discuss this issue with their students, and reinforce the importance of road safety.

Please call me at the school regarding any misbehaviour your child has reported to you. The safety of our students is paramount, and any transgressions on the bus are being taken very seriously. Please be aware that students who are misbehaving on the bus may be refused travel for a period of time to ensure the safety of all travellers.

In order to support all students in their travel to and from school, and alleviate some of the overcrowding issues, I request that any students that have an alternative bus to the LS to catch their alternative bus.

Camps / Excursions / Sport Notices & Payments

Please note that camps/excursions/sport notices (and ability to make payment) are removed from Compass at 3 pm on the final day for payment.

The CLOSE OFF for PAYMENTS is 3 days prior for excursions and 1 day prior for sport.

It is necessary to close off these activities at this time to allow for  payment lists, rolls, staffing, transport etc to be finalised.

Uniform Shop Lowes

Students are required to wear correct school uniform every day, including travelling to and from Lilydale High School.  

The support of parents/guardians in relation to uniform would be greatly appreciated in delivering a high standard of appearance for students.

All uniform requirements are available from Lowes, Lilydale Market Place.

Thursday 9 am – 7.30 pm

Friday 9 am – 9 pm

Saturday 9 am -5 pm

Out of Uniform

A reminder, if students wear an  item out of uniform, they must endeavour to wear something as close as possible to replace the item.  

Jumpers with hoods are not allowed.  All socks (girls and boys) must be WHITE not black  - no logos, stripes etc.

NO FACIAL JEWELLERY IS PERMITTED to be worn during the school day.

A note signed by a parent/guardian must be provided to obtain an out of uniform pass from either a Year Lever Coordinator, Form Teacher or Year Level Sub School Assistant.

Parents will be contacted if students are constantly out of uniform.  

School Planners

Students can purchase a replacement school planner from the General Office for $10.
