Active & Successful Girls' Breakfast

On Tuesday May 17, Lilydale High School held the biannual Active and Successful Girls’ Breakfast.

The breakfast encourages women of all ages to come together, listen to other women tell their stories of success. Our guests were inspirational people and are experts in their field.

Their passion and messages of staying true to yourself and believing in your own ability was a common theme presented by the guests. Their guided information left everyone inspired to chase their desired dreams and to full-fill their goals.

Thank you to the amazing staff and teaches for putting in their time, effort and dedication in helping with the decorations, setting up, show bags and t-shirts.

The Active and Successful Girls' Breakfast would not have been able to go ahead without the help of staff and students.

I would like to take this opportunity to publicly thank Ms Powson on being a great MC for the event!

I would also like to thank the Office staff for their help with administrative issues and for all wearing the T-shirts to promote the event.

Congratulations to all of the student helpers who were at the school at 6 am helping set up for the breakfast. Without the commitment and effort of our students, these types of events would not run successfully. Well done again to all those involved.
