Grampians

Solomon Year 10s

Departed early morning on July 29.  After stopping at Ballarat, the boys were greeted by sunny conditions in Halls Gap. This set the tone for a great week ahead.

The lads hiked, walked, cannoned and climbed their way through various activities in the region. Many of them loved the challenging surrounds which pushed them mentally and physically.

After the daily activities, that didn’t stop the fun. It allowed a great bonding experience. From the various games of two on two basketball, football, to just sitting around the fire. Of note, where the various young men who considered themselves pool sharks.  Also, Ms Guglielmino running an intense gym circuit workout that had the boys doing some cross training.

An excellent week had by all.  A big thank you to Mr Strom, Mr Anderson, Ms Guglielmino, Mr Jacobs and Mr De Souza who all sacrificed their time to come on camp.  It was most appreciated.

Also, congratulations to the boys on an extremely enjoyable week.
