College Fees

Please be reminded that the invoice for the 2016 Education Fees has been mailed.  Payment arrangements and direct debits can be established at any time, by downloading a direct debit form from www.stbedes.catholic.edu.au and returning by email to finance.admin@stbedes.catholic.edu.au.

All fees are due in full by 24 March 2016 to receive fee discount or otherwise an approved payment plan must be put in place for payment of school fees.

Change of contact details

Almost all information is forwarded to families by email.  It is important to keep the College updated of any changes to email addresses, as well as other changes such as address and telephone numbers.  Notifications of changes should be forwarded to: finance.admin@stbedes.catholic.edu.au

Absences or Late

Parents are reminded to notify the College Office before 9.00am if their son will be absent or late for school for any reason (holidays\appointments, sick).  Parents can phone the College Absentee Office on 9582- 5983 available 24 hours a day and leave a message.  An SMS text message will be sent out to parents if the Absentee Office is not notified of your son's absence.

Uniform Shop Hours

Monday -  1.15 pm - 5.30 pm

Thursday -  1.15 pm - 5.30 pm

1st Saturday of the month - 9.00 am - Noon

Student Safety Pick Up/Drop Off

Parents in the interest of safety we ask for your support whilst dropping off or collecting your son. Please note there is no provision for student drop off/pick up on the College grounds. Parents are to arrange an appropriate meeting point. In addition, parents are to refrain from parking inside the College grounds. Given our student numbers and the high volume of traffic at peak times everyone must take care.
