Noomi Beanbags

Recently the school purchased some Noomi beanbags to assist with student’s sensory regulation whilst in the classroom. We were fortunate enough to be gifted an extra beanbag from Noomi which has gone to good use! The Noomi’s are great for providing that ‘hugging’ feeling so many of our students seek out, and therefore helps them to remain calm and attentive whilst sitting in them in the classroom. They’re also great because they are child-safe and machine washable! If you think this might be something your child would benefit from having at home, Noomi’s can be purchased through your child’s NDIS plans if you are self or plan-managed. They also have a kid-friendly showroom which you can book ahead, for them to ensure it is a quiet space when visiting with your child.
