PnF Roles 2023

Thank you to all parents who have volunteered so far for committee positions for 2023. 

At this stage we are still seeking volunteers for class reps across the year levels. Currently we have one Year 2 rep (Fiona Varcoe) and one Year 1 rep (Ngoc Nguyen) for 2023, but still need more. Ideally we would like to have four reps per year level.

Thank you to Fiona Varcoe for also volunteering to head up our Icebreaker event in Term 1. It would be great to have some more volunteers to assist.

Thank you also to Ashley Blair for volunteering to head up a dad's social group. Again if there are any other dads willing to volunteer to assist Ashley that would be terrific.

Staff Appreciation Lunch

As our school year comes to an end, we want to take a moment to thank our entire dedicated St Mary's staff team for everything they do for our children every day.  

At St. Mary’s we are beyond fortunate to have a team of teachers and support staff truly dedicated to positive outcomes for our children, showing genuine commitment to every child every day. 

Let's thank our St Mary's staff and show our appreciation for their hard work, by treating them to lunch on Tuesday 13th December. We would be most grateful if our St Mary's families could please contribute either $5 or $10 per family via CDFpay.

End of Year Sausage Sizzle Lunch

The PnF committee would like to hold one more sausage sizzle for the children before the year ends. The funds raised will be going towards a much needed NEW school BBQ. This will be held in the second last week of term on Thursday 15th December, with details and CDF payment info to come.

Cake Stall

The Grade Sixes will be hosting their final "CHRISTMAS" cake stall on Friday 9th December. For those of you who would like to contribute some Christmas themed goodies please label with ingredients and have plates delivered to the school hall by 2pm on Friday 9th. All items will be sold at $1 each, cash sales only.

One for the Diary - 2023 Icebreaker!

We will be hosting our first 'Family Ice Breaker' event in many years. It will be held on the school premises on Friday 10th February. More details to follow!

We still have some PnF roles available and class reps spots open and we would love your support! Please contact us if you are able to help out.

We, the PnF committee would like to extend our thanks to the school for 2022, your support with our fundraising and volunteer time this year has been greatly appreciated.
