2023 Information

UNIFORM ORDERS

Student Uniform update
JSA uniforms are now closed

 

Moving into 2023, JSA uniforms will no longer be available for purchase directly at the school. 

 

From January 16th 2023, the school's uniform will be available to order through School State Relief (SSR).

 

State Schools’ Relief is a not-for-profit organisation that improves the lives of tens of thousands of disadvantaged Victorian students, and their families, each year.

 

Prices may be subject to change, however, will be easier to order and receive orders than through our previous partnership with LW REID. Orders you place for the students will still arrive at JSA and be handed out.

Dry and Cosy Jacket sizes 6, 10, 12, XL are on backorder until December. Sorry for the inconvenience. 

 

STUDENT BUS TRANSPORT 

2023 bus travel permission notes went out the first week of Term 4 for 2023 bus travel. 

Please sign and return the forms ASAP so we can make arrangements for 2023. 

If home addresses have changed please amend them on the permission notes.

ENROLMENTS 

2023 Enrolments are being finalised as we speak. 

 

Please note that the school is at capacity and has reached its ceiling as set by the North Western Region.  Places in year levels other than prep for the next academic year are not available at present.  Should one become available, those already on the prospective enrolment list will be considered. At present, our prospective enrolment list has many students on it and less than a handful of positions become available each year due to student relocation or integration into mainstream settings.

 

The Student Transition Coordinator, Natalie Conboy will support the enrolment process.  She is available Monday to Friday and can be contacted directly:

 

TRANSITION WEEK 2022 

December 13th 2022 commences the 2023 transition week

Students will have the opportunity to become familiar with their new teaching and ES staff for the new year. 

Families will be notified from December 2nd of the student's new classroom. 

 

2022 - 2023 Important Dates 

  • Last day of school 2022 - 20th December (1 pm finish).
  • First day of school 2023 - 30th January 2022.
