Wellbeing - School Values Parent Session

Thank you to the parents who attended last Friday's School Values parent session. At this session we explored the Positive Behaviour for Learning (PBL) program and looked at the work that the staff and students have been exploring, identifying our school values and starting to create a behaviour matrix. PBL is an evidence-based framework that brings together the whole-school community to contribute to developing a positive, safe and supportive learning culture.

The parent input was taken back to staff this week and we will continue to work with our MACs PBL coach in identifying the (approx) 3 key values and the expected behaviours that align with these. On the 5th of September the staff will work with our PBL coach with the aim to publishing these by the beginning of 2023.

French Celebration Day

Tomorrow is the St Bede's celebration of Bastille Day. I look forward to seeing everyone's French inspired outfits and enjoying some French culture with some yummy French food courtesy of our Tuckshop team.
