This term our Year 3/4 students have started a new Thoughtful Meditation Practice. 

 

Last week they made glitter jars and have been using them to support their breathing and relaxation in the classroom. 

 

If you would like to make a glitter jar at home all you need is a recycled jar, water and glitter. Make sure that you seal it tight so the water doesn't fall out.
