General Information
Enrolments Kindergarten 2024
We are now accepting enrolment applications for Kindergarten 2024. If you have a child who will be ready for Kindergarten next year please contact the office for an enrolment application package. Applications are due by the end of Term 1. Interviews for new families will be conducted early in Term 2.
Science & Engineering Challenge
Year 5 will be attending the Science & Engineering Challenge at the TREC on Friday 31st March. Please confirm your child's attendance on Compass by Tuesday 14th March. All students attending will need to wear their SPORTS UNIFORM and bring a packed morning tea and lunch.
Dental Visit 2023
Australian Dental Health NSW will be visiting the school the week of the 19th June. Consent forms have been sent home and must be returned to school by Friday 24th March. This is a free service offered by Australian Dental Health NSW and is not compulsory.
Easter Egg Raffle
The P&F Committee are seeking donations for our annual Easter Raffle. The committee are looking to provide prizes of baskets full of Easter treats and goodies.
Donations received are greatly appreciated and assist the committee in achieving fundraising goals for 2023.
A Compass event has been created, please confirm your families permission to participate in selling tickets for the P&F. Your support with this event is greatly appreciated.
Raffle tickets will be sent home shortly to those who have nominated to assist in the selling of these tickets.
Chess
Chess is held in the hall each Monday during lunch with Mrs McNeill. All students are invited to attend.
Student Absence
Due to government legislation, notification of your child's absence must be received no later than 7 days after your child's last day of absence. Please lodge all student absences on Compass Parent Portal or notify the school.
School Hours - Supervision & Attendance
A reminder that school commences at 8:45am and ends at 2:50pm. Supervision in the morning is from 8:15am, please do not arrive before this time.
If your child arrives at school after 8:45am, a parent or guardian will need to sign the student in at the front office. The Crown St gate is locked for security reasons at 8:45am.
Students can be dropped off in the mornings at the Denison Street entrance or the Crown Street church gate entrance. Only the Crown Street church gate is to be used for afternoon pick ups please.
After School Care
If you require the services of After School Care please contact William Wong directly at info@esteemkidsgroup.com.au or his mobile 0410 841 628. If your child has a change of plans and will not be attending after school on a particular day please let William know.

Clothing Pool Opening Hours
The clothing pool is open Monday to Thursday 8:30am-1:30pm for second hand uniform items. The schools stocks some new items eg school bag, hat, tie, stockings and socks. New items can been purchased on the Qkr! app they will be sent home with your child.
School Fees
Term 1 2023 Statement of School Fees were emailed to families/carers last week. If you have not received an email containing your statement, please check your spam/junk folder.
Payment options are clearly indicated on the bottom section of your statement. By choosing the Bpay form of payment, you are able to set up a payment plan. You can stop, start or change it to suit your financial requirements throughout the year.
The fees are due 31st March 2022.
You can also view your ongoing statement of fees through the Compass Parent Portal.
We will continue to accept cash and have EFTPOS facilities available.
All canteen, clothing pool and uniform purchases will continue to use QKR.
