What's happening in Term 1

We have started strong in term 1 with all of our year 7 & 8 students borrowing during their English Library session.

As a school we have purchased lots of new books for the students to read during independent reading and in their leisure. Some of the most popular authors this year are Jeff Kinney who is well known for Diary of a Wimpy Kid, Roald Dahl and Blake Quentin for all of the classics and Graphic novels are proving to be popular within our collection. We show case all of the new books we purchase around the Library space for students to look at but they are also available on the online Library to search, reserve and borrow.

We open at lunchtime Monday, Wednesday and Fridays for different year levels on different day. We offer arrange of different activities from Uno, board games -  chess is highly popular with all of our year levels to gaming on your device. Our Senior School studies have the opportunity to study during this time for any outstanding work or SAC's coming up.

These boys really enjoy playing Chess at lunchtime and shortly we will be starting a lunchtime Chess club.

Donation from our school community:

We were lucky enough to have all of these Captain Underpants books donated to our school. Thank you to the Diez family for this amazing donation and I'm sure our students will appreciate this.
