Year 5/6 Report

Over the past couple of weeks, the 5/6 students have been exploring some local community and neighbourhood issues that they have observed as part of their learning in Inquiry and Literacy. As an active citizen of their community, students will be using these ideas to write a persuasive text to express their opinion on the issue they have chosen. 

In addition, the 5/6 Summer Sports teams had a fabulous time at this term’s Gala Days, competing against various schools in our district. Well done to our modified tennis team and volleyball team for making in through to the next stage!
