Hot Cross Bun Orders

Hot Cross bun orders have gone home with students.

They are due back by Thursday 23rd March. If you require further order forms they can be collected from the office or use the link below.

Whole School Athletics

Tuesday 14th March,

Joe Carmody Track, Newborough. (Corner of Old Sale Road and Southwell Avenue, Newborough).

All buses depart Trafalgar Primary School at 9am sharp. Any students who arrive late on this day will be required to make their own transport arrangements to the venue.

SENIOR STUDENTS (Grades 3-6)

Senior events will commence at 9.30am, and conclude at approximately 2.00pm. Students will return to school by 2.30pm to have a break and engage in fun learning activities until the end of the school day.

JUNIOR STUDENTS (Grades F-2)

Junior students compete in modified athletics events. These modified events will start at 9.30am and conclude at approximately 1:15 pm. Students will then return to school for lunch and participate in fun learning activities until the end of the school day.

WHAT TO BRING:

Sunscreen, lunch & snacks (ice packs to keep them cool), plenty of drinks (refillable water bottles).

WHAT TO WEAR:

A house coloured T-shirt with sleeves (no singlets), shorts, runners, and a hat (wide brimmed). A jacket and pants may be appropriate if the weather is forecast as cool.

We encourage students (along with parents and teachers!) to come dressed in their house colours. Students may choose to wear ribbons and streamers too! If you are unsure of your child’s house colour, please ask your child’s teacher.
