On Tuesday the 28th of February, 8 members of the Trafalgar Primary School Swimming Team jumped in to the pool to represent our school at the West Gippsland Divisional Swimming competition at Warragul Leisure Centre. Amelie B, Aurora C, Audrey C, and Ivy L put in an excellent performance in the 9/10 Girls 4x 50m Freestyle Relay to earn a 4th place finish overall. While, Otis S, Alistair C, Taj R, and Bryn S achieved a very impressive 2nd place finish in the 12/13 Boys 4x 50m Freestyle Relay. This is an excellent achievement by these students and we are very proud of the way that they represented our school during this competition.
The School Sport’s Victoria (SSV) 2023 swimming competition now draws to a close for the Trafalgar Primary School Swimming Team. As a result, we would also like to congratulate all members of the 2023 Trafalgar Primary School Swimming Team on their wonderful achievements in the pool throughout all levels of competition this year, and we wish you all the best in your future swimming endeavours. We look forward to seeing many of you back in the pool in 2024.
