Students of the Month

Congratulations to the following students for being recognised for outstanding efforts for this month.
Brodie Krslovic (B2) - Bradman
Brodie has worked hard in both VETs this year and has made a positive start to 2017. He is involved in the College community, offering assistance with lunchtime events especially in the Performing Arts department. He made a positive contribution to Retreat, taking part in all activities, challenging himself and encouraging others.
Brodie also volunteered his time for this year’s College Production of “A Macbeth”. He has worked hard in study periods, after school and on weekends.
Thank you Brodie for your contribution to the College community.
Alexandra Williams (W5) - Winton
Alexandra always comes to home group with a smile on her face and is consistently respectful to her teachers and peers. Alex happily involves herself in all tasks completed in home group, whether they are big or small. Alex is a very motivated and dedicated student, and is successful in applying herself in all her chosen subjects. Alex is a valued member of the W5 home group – and she has taken on her role as tutor leader with grace and kindness.
Steven Mosca (W3) - Winton
Steven Mosca has represented the Winton cluster values of creativity by writing and performing the winning Winton chant on Year 11 Retreat with the support of the rest of the members of our homegroup. Steven is always willing to help out in homeroom, participate and encourage others to participate in class activities and as such has been a valuable member of the Winton cluster and Winton 3 Homegroup.
Bailey Blackman (T6) - Truganini
Bailey Blackman has stood out this year as a student who is determined with his studies, tackling on difficult subjects, whilst still balancing out a leadership role as tutor leader. He has been actively involved with Truganini events, particularly those involving charities, encouraging peers to donate and recognise the need for compassion and alms giving. He always brings a flare of laughter to home group each day, lightening up the stresses of year 12. Bailey is to be commended on his efforts so far and his hope of continuing his hard work in serving the Truganini cluster.
Jarod Tiquia (c2) - Chang
Jarod Tiquia has been great so far this term for Performing Arts. He was instrumental in the success of the Easter Vigil last term planning all the microphones and sound requirements and overseeing the setup. He has meticulously planned his VET Technical Production SACs and participated in performances both as a performer and a technician.
He was working on the successful College Production having volunteered to work on the lighting. He has worked hard and leads the team of crew well and with respect. He has also volunteered to assist with the lighting at sound for the upcoming dance and music events.
Jarod also produced an amazing solo performance in his tutor group's Cluster song on retreat.
Well done Jarod, very well deserved!
Alexander Celestial (D6) - Dunlop
Alex’s is always the first to participate in Cluster sport for Dunlop highlighting his never ending cluster spirit. He is dedicated to his studies and is an example to other students on how to balance the school/ life requirements of year 12. Alex is always willing to help out where he can and exhibited this with his reading of the prayer during the ANZAC day ceremonies. It is a well deserved recognition of Alex’s contribution to Dunlop that has seen awarded the student of the month.
Stefan Santilli (M4) - Mackillop
Stefan is always on time to class and homeroom. He asks many questions throughout mathematics lessons. Stefan tries his hardest to complete set tasks on time and takes his own learning. Has a positive attitude towards other classmates.
