Principal's Report

Remote Learning

Thank you all again for the way you are supporting your children during Remote Learning. We know it is a challenging time for families. As I am emailing updates to families regularly I will not add too much in the newsletter about Remote Learning other than I am so pleased tat Webex has been so successful for so many families this week. We know that students are appreciating being able to see and connect with their teacher and other students in this way, and it is a great addition to our Remote Learning program.

Building Works

Both our Toilet Upgrade and Inclusive Play Space are well underway, albeit the paperwork and planning stages. Both projects will begin physical work later this year, most likely in Term 3. These projects will transform our school and provide our students will great facilities to use and enjoy.

Parents Association

Our PA always works incredibly hard to support our school in many ways and we have been working on which of our planned events are able to go ahead. Stefan, our PA president, has provided some information in this newsletter about how some of the events have needed to change, or be cancelled this year. The PA will be running a couple of student focused events this term, typically through Facebook, where students can share their dress ups etc.
