Nano Nagle Tercentenary Lantern Progression

Tuesday 31 July, saw representatives from Presentation Sisters Wagga Wagga Schools gather to give thanks and celebrate Nano Nagle, the Lady with the Lantern, a woman of God. Each school accepted a lantern which will be lit when the Tercentenary Lantern visits their school during the coming weeks; a symbol of our mission to love, show compassion and bring justice, transforming and creating new future possibilities. Frances Heffernan (Yr 11) accepted the lantern for Kildare Catholic College.
