Vinnie’s Winter Appeal

“The society of St Vincent de Paul is an international voluntary organisation 

in the Catholic Church, founded in 1833 for the sanctification 

of its members by personal service of the poor… 

the Vinnie’s winter appeal aims to provide emergency relief 

to people at risk and experiencing homelessness,” 

(wikipedia.org).

As Catholic people we aim to follow in the footsteps of such saints as ‘St. Vincent De Paul’ who was canonised by the catholic church for preaching missions to the peasantry and for running charitable events to assist the poor. 

This year, over a 4-week period, we ask for your assistance in the collection of various items that will be donated to assist the homeless and those less fortunate than we are. Each grade level from Foundation to Grade 6, will be asked to donate from a list of required items, which the P&F team (led by Josie Perri) will sort and organise for delivery to the St. Vincent De Paul Winter Appeal.

You will receive a flyer with all the necessary information shortly, and we thank you in advance for your generosity with this not-for-profit appeal.

Lunch Order Day

On Thursday 26th May, students of St. Fidelis will have the opportunity to indulge in a pre-ordered lunch meal of either sausage rolls, sushi and/or cinnamon donuts. To pre-order your child’s lunch, jump onto QuickCliq and make your selection so they don’t miss out. www.quickcliq.com.au

Food Items Available: 

Sausage Rolls (The Village Bakery) $4 each

Sushi Rolls – Various options (Sushi Sushi) $3.30 each

Cinnamon Donut (Coles) $1

ALL orders will close on Sunday 22nd May @11:59pm. Apologies, but no late orders can be accepted.

* Important information from the principal, deputy principal and P&F: 

Parents, please note that food order days are a P&F fundraising activity, and we work hard to ensure that you are given enough time to place an order for your children. We kindly ask that if you miss the cut-off date to place your child’s order that you DO NOT bring in any FAST FOOD. Instead, you could consider placing a ‘special lunch’ in your child’s lunchbox as an alternative. We thank-you for your understanding in this matter.

St. Fidelis Pizza/Pasta Night

*IMPORTANT- Apologies, but at this stage tickets for the upcoming pizza/pasta night have been exhausted. If further tickets become available a SkoolBag App notice will be released. We kindly thank the families who have keenly purchased their tickets and we look forward to seeing you there!

Date: Saturday 18th June

Time: 7pm – 10pm

Cost: $25 per adult, $15 per child (under age 12)

Includes: Catering by Firenze Reception, Dessert and DJ (BYO beverages and nibbles)

Family Portrait Photo Fundraising Shoot

Would you like to have some beautiful natural portraits taken of your family?  Lūce & Co Photography will be coming to our school and setting up for the day on Sunday 19th June, taking your choice of Studio or Outdoor Photography Sessions. Book your photo shoot today to create special memories and help raise funds for our school. Your booking will cost $21 and you will get a 20-minute photo shoot and your choice of an image to keep. You also have the option of buying more images/prints as a variety of packages are on offer. (From each booking at least $20 is raised directly for our school!)
