Lightning Premiership:

A huge thank you to everyone who was able to support our students on the day. These events simply cannot be held without support from our community and it was fantastic to see some familiar faces at both venues throughout the day. As always, our students represented the school in the best way possible, demonstrating excellent sportsmanship, treating all teammates, opposition students and officials with respect and providing encouragement. I know each student had a wonderful day, an enjoyed the opportunity to participate in such fantastic competitions.

Australian Rules Football: 

Chilwell was undefeated on the day, capping it all off with a 63-7 victory against Rollins in the grand finale. They will progress to the division event. Congratulations to Mr. Cole and his charges, thank you to Anna Hindell, Natalie Lee & Alex Reid for their assistance with scoring and umpiring.

Soccer: 

After 3 wins and a draw, our team progressed to the grand final and were unfortunately defeated by Fyans Park 2-0. Mrs. McLaren was thrilled with everyone’s efforts on the day and would like to thank Tate Davidson for coaching our team.

Netball:

Both our Girls and Mixed teams made and won their respective grand finals which was a terrific result. Both these teams will progress to the next level of competition. All teams had a great time and shared in some wins. Thank you to Amy V & Victoria Barton for their work with coaching and team management on the day.

Tee-Ball: Congratulations to our Girls team who was able to win through to the next round, and to the Boys team who narrowly missed out on progressing. Mrs. Stynes was so proud of everyone’s participation on the day and would like to thank Travis Mann for all his help throughout.
