Enrolments
All children must be enrolled in the program BEFORE they can attend. Enrolment forms are available from both school offices, from the program staff or on the website.
Registration
A one off $10.00 enrolment fee enables you to use this service throughout your child’s entire school years. Please inform us of any changes to your enrolment details should they occur.
Bond
Families using the program are required to pay a refundable $50 bond per child. This will either be refunded or taken off the final account when the family exits the program.

Childcare Subsidy System (CCSS)
CCSS is a form of fee relief available to families through Centrelink. Child care benefit works much like a Medicare system with the rebate, the percentage you are given by the family assistance office goes in to an equation that is processed by the computer and then gives out your fee for a session.
Payment of Fees
All fees are to be paid to the OSHC program or at the Chilwell Primary School Office. The school has introduced QKR for convenience. Cash and Eftpos is also available. Accounts are processed weekly and payment is appreciated weekly. Fees must be fully paid before the end of each term.
