Parents at the gate

To ensure community safety, we ask that parents/carers picking up students to not gather at the gate.  Parents are to socially distance whilst waiting at the gate (1.5m).

Kiss & Go procedure &

Traffic Management

Over the past 2 weeks we have been monitoring and improving our procedures for the Kiss n Go drop off and pick up from school. We would like to acknowledge all our wonderful families for their understanding and patience.  It is lovely to see smiles and hear laughter when they arrive and depart for the day.

Areas to note:

  • an increased number of staff on duty in this area (until the end of Term 2).
  • uber driver type signs in the dashboard for easier identification of cars related to children.

We continue to address the surface of the drive through with grading and re-surfacing.  We monitor this area on a regular basis, particularly as the winter months are approaching (Note:  upgrading of this area is part of the Capital Works project commencing Term 4, 2020).

Return of Technological devices, Music equipment and Art easels

As mentioned in previous correspondence, we are now able accept returns of distributed technological devices, music equipment and art easels from those families who borrowed from the school.

Return of technological devices, music equipment and art easels will occur ONLY by adults, 8.45 - 9.45am, Tuesday 9th June 2020.

  • Students are NOT to return technological devices or music equipment.
  • Parents/carers are required to sign the original Loan Agreement to ensure the technological device is in good condition and working order.
  • Parents are required to have the music equipment and art easels checked off the asset audit conducted during the borrowing process.
  • The Administration office will NOT accept return of technological devices or music equipment, unless authorised by the Principal.
