From the Principal and Assistant Principal

Welcome back to our Year 3-6 students

Our school came a little closer to normal on Tuesday when our Year 3-6 students resumed. Some of our Prep students could be heard calling out to their Year 6 Buddy and were so happy to reconnect with them.

Thank you to our parents and carers for the conversations you had with your children leading up to their resumption. The transition, after such a long break, may have been quite challenging for some of our students and some words of reassurance from the family would have made their return a little easier to manage. Thank you.

Parent comment for your child's mid year report: Closes Monday 15th June

Thank you to all parents who have provided a comment to be included in their child's

mid-year report. Last week parents were invited to provide feedback to their child regarding proud moments as their parent, and words of acknowledgement of their child's efforts during Home Learning.

The opportunity is still available using the link provided by your child's classroom teacher last Friday. A friendly reminder that the link will close on Monday 15th to provide the teacher with sufficient time to upload all parent comments to the student report by Friday 19th.

Parent/Teacher Interviews via phone this semester

Parent/teacher interviews can be booked via Compass from tomorrow, Friday 12th June at 4pm, and closing on Friday June 19th at 4pm.

The  phone interviews will be conducted during the week beginning Monday 22nd June.

Mid Year Student Reports will be available via Compass on Friday 19th at 4pm.

Parents are encouraged to read their child's report prior to the phone interview and share the report with their child.

Gratitude and Mindfulness

What are three things that went well for you today?

What are the best things that happened to you today?

Who are you most grateful for and why?

What are you looking forward to most about tomorrow?
