Bonjour et bienvenue à la huitième semaine du trimestre!

Students in grade 5 and 6 are now recording the last parts of the song "Les émotions" with the aim to reproduce authentic pronunciation and, if they can, to demonstrate memorisation of the lyrics.

Students are being encouraged to record  Verse 2 and the chorus in 2 parts on Seesaw.

Grade 3 and 4 have mostly completed the recording of their song on sports.

They are now honing their sport vocabulary skills on Languagenut and gathering points for our school. This great app allows students to play and learn French simultaneously.

Each student from grade 3-6 has a log in and password for Languagenut and students are encouraged to go on the app and practice French at home.

Foundation students are working well on learning more phrases from their song "Bonjour mes amis"  which can be found on Seesaw. This week they are learning how to ask "quel âge as tu?" and they are starting to practice French numbers from 0 to 12.

Grade1and 2 are continuing to record their song about fruit and they are creating a visual poster on fruit for display in the French room with some great work being created!

Students from Grade 3-6 will be doing more recordings and listening to activities on Seesaw and Languagenut. Please remind your children to bring their headphones to class along with iPads. Merci beaucoup!
