Harmony Week - Everyone Belongs!!

As a school we will be acknowledging Harmony Week on Tuesday 21 March.

Harmony Week recognises and celebrates our diversity and brings together Australians from all different backgrounds. It is about inclusiveness, respect and a sense of belonging for everyone.

We are encouraging all students to wear orange to show their support on this day, or wear an orange ribbon in recognition. All classes will participate in some Harmony Day class activities.

Environment Team

There is a lot of behind the scenes action by our Environment team, with a view to developing further the "Greening Schools" platform of the department. If there are any families that have a particular interest or skills in environmental care, gardening, landscaping, etc, we would be most interested in your involvement. Contact the school or speak directly with Jared Meredith (Level 3 teacher).

2023 Parent Contributions

Can I ask parents once more to consider making payment of school contributions (fees), particularly those for Education and Specialist Curriculum contributions. We are still quite a long way off budget forecast for these contributions.

Please understand that the income from these contributions helps pay for many of the vital resources and programs that the school offers to your children, including software packages, classroom readers, games/equipment and teaching supplies.

We hope that you are able to support us.

School Tours

We have opened School Tours for prospective 2024 families, available to be booked on Try Booking, starting next week. A link is available on our website and below.

Please promote and advertise our school and let any prospective families that might be interested that tours are now available.

School Photos - next week!

A reminder our annual school photo day is next Wednesday. Please order your photos online following the instructions below, you can do this at anytime. We look forward to seeing students in full school uniform on this day. If you are unable to order online there are envelopes available at the office. Sibling photos will be happening again this year. Please refer to the instructions below for deadlines and ordering information.

NOT for publication - if you do NOT want your child included in the school photos you must inform the school.

Easter Raffle

Next week our Level 6 students will be selling raffle tickets for our annual Easter Egg raffle on the last day of Term 1. All proceeds will support the Royal Children's Hospital Good Friday appeal. There will be plenty of prizes up for grabs! Tickets are 50c each or 3 for $1. Please support this very worthy cause.
