Premier's Reading Challenge 

The Premiers' Reading Challenge is now well under way! 

 We would like to congratulate the following 9 students for having already and awesomely completed their challenge book requirements:

5D - Michael 

4K - Hetav, Hugo & Walter

4M - Oliver & Samreen

3D - Koah

3M - Alicia

1B - Braxton

Currently across the school Karoo students have read 1626 books and published an amazing 105 reviews!  Year 2 students are leading the pack with a total of 528 books and Year 4 are closely following with 467 books. 

Our participation numbers are certainly higher than last year and there still 156 days to go!  These Easter holidays are the perfect time to gather up your favourite books for a chocolate filled readathon - don't forget to log your books and write a review for other students to read!

It has been fun to see lots of students eager to borrow Easter themed books and in Week 1 of Term 2 we will feature our Anzac books collection for borrowing.  

Remember to keep an eagle eye on the display tables for lots of exciting titles being introduced to our Library throughout Terms 2 and 3! 

Please remember to return your books on time so that your borrowing isn't affected!
