R.E.A.C.H. Community Recognition

Gary HindleEncouragement, For checking up on my daughter & I, & encouraging her to keep doing her best. Gary you are awesome!!

Encouragement : Pat's commentary and feedback on work submitted is meaningful and helpful.

Ambition : Pat tries to encourage and push students to their best potential. During home learning Pat made contact to make sure the math task was understood in the right context.

Consideration : Pat understands his students learn on different levels and tries to cater for their needs.Pat wants his students to be their best and achieve their most.

Tim CallaghanConsideration :Tim has done a wonderful job to come up with the kahoot for students & teachers wanting to break the monotony of home schooling and to get the interaction of everyone who is missing the school environment.Which has become a competitive platform.
All the Rollins ES staffThey have all showed such encouragement to their students during each Remote Learning. They have been so supportive of the not only the students but the staff and parent community at Rollins. Well done, we appreciate all that you do for us. You are amazing!
Mrs. Dumont She's been good support during the remote learning and she is lovely teacher. 
Lachie WrightAll of the REACH values but Encouragement the most. He is an incredible teacher who goes out of his way to encourage his students to try and do anything and everything to the best of their ability. 
Jordan TomkinsJordan has been so valuable throughout the latest lockdown. Jordan showed respect to her students and where they were at, she listened to their stories with consideration and kindness. Jordan encouraged everyone to do their best with a smile at all times and was honest with her own thoughts and feelings helping to validate what everyone was going through.  An absolute gem!

REACH Values Positive Behaviours Matrix

In 2021 each classroom will have a copy of the REACH Values Positive Behaviour Matrix poster (see below). This poster provides examples of what each value looks like in various settings in our school community. This will be used in restorative conversations with children and as a benchmark of behaviour for each and every member of the Rollins PS community.
