October is Mental Health Month
The National Mental Health Month 2021 Awareness Campaign theme is:
‘Mental Health: Post Pandemic Recovery Challenges and Resilience'
This year’s theme focuses on raising awareness about mental health in various industries. Every industry has faced and many are still facing unprecedented challenges due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
With this theme in mind, events are planned to embrace many different community groups and people of all ages walking on the road to recovery and fostering resilience #ResilienceAndRecovery.
