The Team Mount Beauty Gravel Groms program kicked off Friday 15th Oct.

If you have a keen, or wanting to be keen, mountain biker of primary or early secondary school age this is the program for them.

Gravel Groms runs every Friday at 5pm during school terms 4 and 1. The rides are for all genders and abilities and are adult supervised group rides.

Participant fees for the 2021/2022 season are $40 for your first child, $30 for your second child, $20 for your third child, capped at $90 maximum for a family.

Communications about the program, e.g. adverse weather, are posted to the program Facebook page.

Registrations can be completed online.

All participants need to have a current MTBA or AusCycling membership nominating Team Mount Beauty as their club.

Little Athletics

We're back! We are sure you're as excited as we are to see local summer sport coming back. Mount Beauty Little Athletics Centre are preparing for a season full of positivity, and look forward to our Little Athletes & their families joining us for a season of COVID safe - family fun and fitness. Meeting on Wednesday evenings at 5pm on the Les Peart oval (high school oval) we hope to see you there for some athletics fun! 



We will start Mt Beauty Football Youth Academy  Thursday 16th September 4pm to 6pm at Mt Beauty Oval next to primary school. Mario from Murray Bushrangers will be coming on the 23rd. 

 



 

 


 


Do something you love this Summer, as the famous MYO Summer School turns 50. Join over 700 young musicians for an inspirational week of musical discoveries, engaging workshops and performances in the heart of Melbourne.

 

Summer School is about a whole lot more than developing your technique and expanding your repertoire knowledge. It’s about opening minds to a whole new sphere of musical discovery. It’s about sharing phenomenal musical experiences.

 

Taking place at the University of Melbourne in the cultural hub of the city, there are daily rehearsals in symphony orchestras, string orchestras, symphonic bands, jazz orchestras, and jazz combos catering for all levels and interest. The week concludes with concerts for families and friends in the beautiful Elisabeth Murdoch Hall at the Melbourne Recital Centre.

Summer School Residential Camp

Young musicians from regional Victoria are invited to apply for the MYO Summer School Residential Camp, offering participants between the ages of 12 and 17 the opportunity to stay in Melbourne in fully supervised accommodation, taking part in Summer School each day and enjoying social and cultural activities each afternoon and evening. You can submit and expression of interest for this within the main Summer School application.
