Term 3 Week 10 – Friday 16th September

Happy end of Term 3!

Happy end of term 3 everyone!

We’ve had a very busy term with lots of fun involved!

This term saw the preps learn how to write

procedural text and made fairy bread

We’ve learnt to add in adjectives to make our writing sound more interesting. We have introduced sentence starters.

In maths we have learnt place value, data collection and representation, addition and subtraction.

In Science/Inquiry we’ve learnt about animal habitats and living and non-living things We’ve grown our own chia heads which we looked after by regular watering.

We look forward to a fantastic term 4 and getting ready to transition into grade 1.

Footy day

Today we had so much fun wearing our footy colours. The grade 5/6’s ran a footy drill which they learnt to kick and handball and refine their footy skills!
