WE WILL ROCK YOU

On the 24th, 25th & 26th of August the cast and crew of ‘We Will Rock You’ took to the stage and presented the first live performance of a production at Greensborough College for a number of years. Over the four months that have passed between the first rounds of auditions through to the performances of the show the hard work, dedication, talent and perseverance shown by all of the students involved is nothing short of amazing. 

Not only were the performances well received by all who came along – they were also well attended. More than 350 people came along to enjoy the show culminating in a sold-out closing performance. In addition to our public performances we also hosted a primary school performance attended by Watsonia Heights Primary. The students who came along to watch were amazed by the performance and the school we received some letters from students who attended. One of these you can see below. 

To all of the students who formed the cast and crew of ‘We Will Rock You’, congratulations for putting together a hugely successful show and thank you for being part of it. To all family, friends and caregivers who supported our students getting to and from rehearsals, encouraged them along the journey and came along to the performances thank you for everything, something like this simply doesn’t happen without your support and investment. Thank you as well to Grace & Jack from GJ School productions, your unwavering belief in the cast and wealth of expertise has been incredible.
