Callistemon House

Our names are Muhammad T and Samrin M and we are proud to be the new House Captains for Callistemon in 2023. This final term was challenging for many of us due to all the ups and downs, but at the end of the day we finally made it successfully with putting in as much effort as we could. We are proud to say that we have accomplished many things throughout this year, and one of the biggest things is winning the House Shield for the year. A big thanks to everyone who participated and helped the house earn this win. We hope to see more people taking part in the events next year. We are proud to say the amount of respect and accomplishment that we have achieved is tremendous. In reward of our participation we got a chance to celebrate our achievements at a special House lunch. This was to celebrate all the students who participated in the House Athletic and Swimming Carnivals and those that contributed to winning the House Shield. 

Our Year 7-9 students are really excited about our house excursion to Healesville Sanctuary on the last day of school. After a long term for them, we are hoping this is a great end to the term for our Year 9s jumping into their first year of senior school. All though the year is coming to an end we are still running many fun games and activities at lunchtime, please do not hesitate to participate because this is an amazing opportunity for you guys to end your year with fun and joy along with getting to know each other as we have more to come. Once again, we would like to thank everyone for their participation in the main events that have run in the House this year and we are looking forward to continuing to be the best House in the school next year!
