Contribution Reminder and Compass guide
Dear Parents/Carers,
We do rely on your contributions to maintain our quality programs and want to thank those of you who have contributed to the college during this year. Without your assistance, programs may have needed to be significantly altered or reduced.
State schools provide students with free instruction to fulfil the standard Victorian curriculum and we want to assure you that your contributions are voluntary. However, the ongoing support of our families ensures that our college can offer the best possible education and support for our students that far exceeds the standard curriculum offerings.
Whilst the State Government provide a substantial amount of the college’s funding, it is not always sufficient to meet all of the costs incurred to allow us to provide the broad curriculum offered. Our curriculum offers students significant subject choices, equipment, and full access to a wide range of materials. Consequently, this is a reminder to those families who are still to contribute to please prioritise doing so.
We have been made aware that some parents have been unsure how to make their contribution as the payment area for contributions is not situated within Compass Events. To assist you please see the attached Quick Reference Guide - Making Contributions (below). This will show the two distinct payment areas of Compass and how to make a payment.
However, if you need further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact the General Office on 8872 6300.
