I AM GRATEFUL FOR...

Dress ups! Thank you to everyone, staff, parents and students, who got involved in Book Week! It was fantastic to see everyone’s costumes and enthusiasm.

ATTENDANCE

Every day of school counts! Going to school every day is the single most important part of your child’s education. Students learn new things at school every day – missing school puts them behind. If a student misses about three weeks of school in a year then they will have missed half a year of school by year 6. If you are finding school attendance challenging with your child please talk to your teacher so we can work together to get your child to school every day.

VOLUNTEERS FOR TEAMSPORTS4ALL

TeamSports4All is looking for volunteers to act as sports mentors for our students. We have a huge number of students who benefit from this program, and if you are passionate about sport please consider giving Fiona a call on 0433 776 076 to find out more about the program.

SWOOPING MAGPIES

We have noticed that there have been some birds swooping people in the kick-off area and from some of the trees nearby the school. Please be aware of this possibility when travelling to or from school.
