Words of the Week 

Words of the Week are:  more and finish. 

Welcome back to school! Our Occupational Therapists have been busy making sure each classroom has the right sized furniture. The right sized furniture promotes better posture, and makes it easier to focus on learning.  

Try eating a meal or drawing a picture whilst holding your legs in the air! It’s much harder to focus! 

Hips, knees and ankles should be at 90 degrees, with feet flat on the floor (or a small step). Don’t forget the table! Make sure elbows rest lightly on top of the table.
