Housekeeping

Please read through as there are a couple of changes and reminders.

Medication and Permission to Administer Medication

All medication must be kept in the First Aid Room.

If your child has any medication that needs to be administered on a regular basis or a one off you will need to attend the office and fill out a form so we are able to do this.

We require all forms updated at the beginning of every year.

Any child with an Asthma Plan or an Allergy Plan must have this updated annually.

Excursions and Permission Forms

If you do not have access to Caremonkey there will be hard copies available in the office. It is your responsibility to pick up the hard copy. If your child does not have permission on the day, unfortunately they will not be able to attend.
