Your Child's Wellbeing

While growing up it is normal and healthy for children to experience a wide range of emotions. This video reminds us that adults need to set the example to children about how we respond in times like these. Adults need to show that we are taking this time seriously, but we are not alarmed or panicking. Adults needs need to help children focus on what they can control, their school work, diet and exercise.

This a guide to help parents judge if their child's emotions are coming to a point where they need to speak with a general practitioner to receive some extra guidance. Please remember the symptoms mentioned in the video are experienced  by all children and adults, but that it is if you feel these symptoms are more regular than what your child would normally experience that's when you may seek help.
