In Bounce Back this term, we have learnt more about how to regulate our emotions and build positive relationships with others. Topics we have covered include:
-Feelings are necessary, even the unpleasant ones
-Feelings happen inside our body too
-Don't be a worry bee!
-It is important to listen well when people talk to you
-Apologising and being friends again
-Put downs can lead to bullying or be part of bullying
-What can you do if you are being bullied?
Bounce Back not only helps us to understand our feelings but also helps us in the yard when we are playing with our friends.
