The School’s first Photograph Day will take place on Monday 6 May 2019. On this day, all class groups and individual images for Kindergarten to Year 12 students will be taken, in addition to a number of other student group photographs.
Photograph order envelopes have been distributed to students in Weeks 9 and 10 of Term 1.
All parents/guardians are asked to ensure that your child has their photograph order envelope with them on Monday 6 May. (Primary order forms already sent back to school will be returned to students on Monday 6 May.)
All students must have an order envelope/form with them on Monday 6 May even if you will not be purchasing photographs.
The School will be holding further Photograph Days on Thursday 29 August and Friday 30 August 2019. Photographs of students in Little Wollies classes and family/sibling photographs of students from the same family, attending John Wollaston Anglican Community School, will be taken on these days.
If you misplace the School Photograph order envelope sent home with your child please download the attached PDF (also available in SEQTA Documents) and follow these guidelines:

3. Attach payment (cash/credit card slip) in a labelled envelope to the form
4. Send form and envelope with your child/ren on Monday 6 May

2. Contact Academy Photography on 08 9248 1263 to obtain a Secure Shoot Key
3. Go to ios.academyphoto.com.au and complete online ordering and payment
4. Complete form indicating that you Paid Online and your Order Reference number
5. Send form with your child/ren on Monday 6 May

John Wollaston Anglican Community School is pleased to announce Academic Scholarships for entry into the School for 2020. Year 4, Year 6 and Year 9 students enrolled in government or independent schools, including current John Wollaston students, are warmly invited to participate in the 2019 scholarship examination.
Two scholarships per year level are being offered. Successful applicants will be granted a 50% remission on Tuition Fees. The scholarships will be awarded on the basis of academic excellence, as evidenced in the student’s performance in the scholarship examination and interview with the Principal, for the student’s education for a three year period commencing from entry into Year 5, Year 7 or Year 10 in 2020. This is a wonderful opportunity for students and their families to experience the modern facilities, engaging learning programs and supportive staff, John Wollaston Anglican Community School has to offer.
Examination Date: Saturday 15 June 2019, 8:20am in The Commons, John Wollaston Anglican Community School, Centre Road, Camillo, WA 6111.
Applications close: Friday 9 June 2019 – 5:00pm. Applications after this date will attract a late fee.

Following the successful 2018 Girls’ Uniform trial the School is delighted to inform families that the new Girls’ Uniform trousers and blouses have arrived!
Winter Uniform (Terms 2 and 3) additions
These items are available to girls in Years 3 to 12 and will be available for purchase at the Uniform Store from Week 9 Monday 1 April 2019.
As the trousers and blouses are new stock items at the School, we ask for your support and patience regarding supply and sizing.

Did you know we offer private music tuition onsite at John Wollaston Anglican Community School?
The Arts Department offers a wide range of Instrumental and Vocal Tuition with lessons being conducted by visiting specialist tutors. Free instrument hire is also available for select instruments.
